This course has been developed for senior officers and instructors to understand In-service Training Assessment and the ethicacy involved while assessing a mariner for performance based results. The course breaks down the requirements and duties of an assessor, for the purpose of verifying successful completion of tasks and competences required by the STCW Code and National Administrations.
